Price list for rental of headquarters and offices

Headquarters for rent 12 months - 8.000 CZK  including VAT
OFFICE FOR RENT One week of the month (use of 40 hrs.) - 1.000 CZK + VAT
  Two weeks of the month (use of 80 hrs.) - 2.000 CZK + VAT
  Three weeks of the month (use of 120 hrs.) - 3.000 CZK + VAT

This type of lease is suitable for companies that doesn’t need office throughout the whole month. After the agreement we can arrange for assistance and accounting services for an additional fee.

Offices for rent:

15 m2  5.000 CZK - per month + VAT
18 m2  7.000 CZK - per month + VAT

The rental price includes all equipment and services, cleaning, internet. When signing the contract deposit consists of 3 monthly rents.

When paying the rent for 12 months 5% discount.

 

Meeting (training) room for rent:

18 m2 400 CZK – per hour
18 m2 2.400 CZK - per day

Possibility to arrange for refreshments (coffee, soft drinks, lunch) for an additional fee.

Price list for accounting services for 2015

When determining the final price of our services we start mainly from the numbers of documents, employees, the subject of business of the company and the specifics relating to a particular client. Monthly fee already includes all accounting and tax services, that means our client is not charged any extras throughout the year. According to the agreement we represent clients in the meetings and inspections of institutes and health insurance companies. Of course there is insurance of our company in case of damage to clients (fines, penalties).

According to the demands of processing and the amount of employees from 100 CZK - 200 CZK / person / month. The most frequent price 150, - CZK / person / month

 

DISCOUNTS

Companies that are registered with the headquarters of our company, we offer accounting services at a discount of 5%.

Companies that have leased office space, we offer accounting services at a discount of 10%.
